• How to assess an emergency and recognize the signs of cardiac arrest.
• The proper techniques for delivering high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths.
• Hands-only CPR for situations where rescue breathing is not feasible.
• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to restart the heart during cardiac arrest.
• Team-based CPR techniques for two or more rescuers.
• How to assist someone who is choking, effectively and safely.

Each module is designed with step-by-step demonstrations, practical scenarios, and quizzes to reinforce your understanding.

Who Should Take This Course?
This course is ideal for anyone—parents, teachers, fitness instructors, workplace teams, or community members—who wants to learn critical life-saving techniques. No prior medical experience is required.

Certification
Upon completing the course and passing the quizzes, you’ll receive a CPR AED Certification, demonstrating the participants’ competency in emergency response.
